The Repair tab is essentially the same as the Sales tab. The primary difference between the two is that the Repair screen is optimized for repair related entry.
- Select from a drop-down list of loaner choices for both the right and left ears. The longer details are transferred to the repair agreement so that the patient can take responsibility for those very specific loaners.
- An Outstanding Loaner Report is available
- “Complaint” and “What was Repaired” fields are added
- The printed document is titled “Repair Agreement.”
The printed agreement contains an editable paragraph that explains the repair process to the patient. Signature lines are included for a variety of documentation reasons.
