The Diagnostics tab is essentially the same as the Sales tab. The primary difference between the two is that the diagnostic screen is optimized for simple service / diagnostic related entry.
- No hearing aids are displayed on this screen
- The printed document is titled “Service Agreement” but can be modified easily to say whatever you wish.
- The printed document displays 10 line items (instead of only 6)
- No state legal text is printed on the “Service Agreement.”
When you create a diagnostic/purchase agreement, information entered is instantly available on the CMS 1500 form. This includes line items and diagnostic ICD-9 codes.
