If you are
able to export your patient demographics into a text or
database file, we can include your patient data. We would
charge an additional $300-$500 for this service depending on
how difficult it is. In most cases we can import the majority
of your data. We will let you know if you call us first. Some
competitive software allows you to export your data easily.
(HearForm exports with the click of one button.) It is best to
call us with your particular situation. We have made many
upgrades where ALL of the data was saved and transferred into
the friendly format environment of HearForm.
Each system is different. It is common that the
financial data from one database CANNOT be accurately
converted into another database. While we can save the vast
majority of your data (Names, addresses, telephone,
manufacturer, make model, serial, warranty dates, etc..., it
is likely that we cannot retrieve your account receivables.
Starkey ProHear converted customers typically print out
their balance due invoices and take a short time to renter

2004 to run the audiology section of our practice. I have

only $2000. While we initially had some glitches related to
the fact that we are one of the very few practices running
HearForm on a Macintosh platform, Mike went out of his way
to get us working as well as any office using the more
common Windows platform, even though it clearly took him
much more effort than any of his other clients. He made sure
we didn’t get short changed because we were “different”.
Mike has always been prompt in sending any extra files we
need or pretty much anything else within his power to help
us.
In my career I have used quite a number of other software
packages and never has the tech support for those packages
come close to the support we get with HearForm. In addition
to being extremely knowledgeable, helpful, available and
patient, Mike is one of friendliest and most unassuming guys
I have met, and it is just a joy to work with him. Although
HearForm is a great software package in its own right, the
fact that it comes with support from someone like Mike
