Before going to Ellis-Scott, I had tried hearing aids from other (two of them) sources.  The products did not perform well at all.  I went a couple years thinking I was just out of luck.  One day a card came to me in the mail offering to give me a test of my hearing from Ellis-Scott & Associates.  I thought I would give it another try.  Lowell Scott tested me and said I was borderline in really needing hearing aids.  He volunteered to have hearing aids made for me to try.  If, at the end of 30 days I did not care for them, just bring them back.  Well, the hearing aids have been with me for over 3 years.  I would not think of going anywhere without them.  I get to hear a whole new part of life that I was missing.


If you are considering a hearing test, I highly recommend Ellis-Scott & Associates.  It is painless and the test is free.  I found them to be good “listeners”, when I have problems and they take time to work them out.  Lowell Scott told me “one day you will hear”… and I do.  They treat you like family.  I have great confidence in their work.-

I have been a customer of Ellis-Scott & Associates since 1990 and have been completely satisfied in all aspects.  It was hard for me to admit I had a hearing loss and might need a hearing aid.  After taking the hearing test I was devastated to learn both ears showed a significant hearing loss.  This is where Lowell and his staff took over.  They have always been there when I needed them.

Lowell has taken so much time and shown so much patience with me in explaining things about the ear and encouraging me in every way.  I’m surprised he had time for other customers.

I’m an exacting person and have had to make numerous trips to the office for adjustments and each time I call, Nita or one of the other staff are always so good about getting me in to see Lowell.  They make me feel very comfortable and so at ease, my dentist should have this staff.

Again, Lowell and his staff have bent over backwards and treated me with the utmost respect.  My dignity as a “Hearing Impaired” person has never once been compromised.  I feel like family there. 

You might find a cheaper price, but you will NEVER get the quality and, above all, the superior service that you get at Ellis-Scott & Associates. -
