(Note: If you are willing to commit to a long term contract with Sycle, they offer a 1 year rental option of $1,549 per clinic or a 2 year contract price of $2,899. Of course, in the event that you want to leave Sycle early, you cannot just walk away from those contract committments.)

With Sycle, TIMS and BluePrint, you have no choice. You must upgrade and cannot stay with your current version. HearForm customers can keep using their current version, without any fees for as long as they want. For those that choose to upgrade, we charge a "20% of normal price" upgrade fee. The prices on this page reflect the fact that no HearForm upgrade is required.

HearForm has customers that have purchased over 15 years ago and although they continue to use our software, they have never paid us a penny since. That cannot be said of any of these competitors. With Sycle, TIMS and BluePrint, it is mandatory that you keep paying every year or your software goes away.
