The Chart
Notes Screen provides an easy way for your staff to enter the
day-to-day history of each patient. We've made it easy to create
your own buttons and note text. For example, you could insert a
paragraph or an entire page of predefined comments into your chart
notes with the click of one button.
Chart Notes are automatically archived in
chronological order.
The most recent notes are shown abbreviated on the
home screen for a quick reminder.
Possible uses...

Print a copy before house calls, so that you can
leave the patient's folder in office.

Print the first page of notes (or the entire
patient history) before seeing a patient. The bottom of the page
contains a box for manual entry of comments. Then, type your
hand-written notes into HearForm for permanent storage.
The module is fully customizable.
